Damaged & Defective Items

Nothing is more annoying than receiving an order that was damaged during shipping. We inspect each item prior to shipping. If an item arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, simply contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please provide a phone number or email address where we may get in touch with you when you contact us. If your items were damaged in shipping, please make sure you keep the damaged items in the original packing materials and box in case an inspection is necessary by the shipper.
