Whether you choose his trademark version of the copper blue glaze or one of the colorful crystalline glazes, all are lead free and safe for food and for use in the oven, microwave and dishwasher. (As with all special work we do recommend hand washing).The pieces are not flame proof and sudden temperature changes should be avoided.
